Ms. Bajpai has presented papers in leading national conferences and seminars, including the 9th Pan IIM World Management Conference and the IIM Indore Seminar Series. Subsequently, Ms. Bajpai's goal is to produce research that advances academic knowledge in the fields of MCA, CDA, DA, and MMDA and provides practical insights for organizations to manage communication and leadership practices more effectively.
